It is very easy to "increase" MOZ DA with spam redirects.
Companies like Ahrefs, Semrush fixed that hole of fake rising of metric. Only Moz - as outdated company - counts redirects spam as "backlinks".
As these "backlinks" comes from very high authority sites - such as all TLDs of google - MOZ thinks that domain has tons of very high DA backlinks and in result MOZ algo starts showing your website as high DA.
