What can I do about someone using me to SPAM?

I am so fuckin' pissed off right now, I can barely type!!!

I just received a spam email from ME! My FULL, REAL NAME, was in the from address. What the FUCK?

I contacted Joe @ http://www.xxx-law.com in hopes that he could tell what I can do. (We all met him at the AWE, Los Angeles show.)

I feel that my name has been sent to potentially 1000's or even tens of 1000's of email addresses, all with my name in the from address.

The email has a link at the bottom to http://www.paid4survey.net if you visit them there is a link to their policy page. Their policy page is loaded with how to stop spam abuse.

Got any advice? Should I write to them? What if in the end, that turns out to do me more harm than good? What if Joe, says, "maybe you shouldn't have sent that email to them."

Do any of you spam using email?

Chances are they "personalize" each spam and aren't using your name to spam anyone else but you.

I get a lot of spam but never from myself.

Mrs. RedShoe, said that guys will have mood swings as well while his wife is pregnant. The funny thing is, that just looking back (even though it was only a few hours ago) it's realy not that big of a deal.
Maybe she's right. LOL
