It wasn't a threat. No court of law would determine that it was a threat. GFY's standard for rule infractions is far different than a court of law. 3 domain appraisal I have asked told me that the domain is worth around 10-12.000,- dollars. One of them have even contacted Moniker with that offer, but I guess you dont want to sell it for real money

The guy cant afford an attorney, he has been spending hours everyday begging people to buy his overpriced domain name. If he had a penny to his name, he would be building the site out for himself or just letting it earn the money he claims it does. But he is broke, is desperate for money, and the laughing stock of the domain industry. If he took the time he has spamming and begging people to buy his domain and worked at McDonalds, he would have made what he is asking for the domain by now. When all is said and done, the domain is really only worth about 10k, and when you sell it, you will have made about 30 cents an hour off it since you spent 4 years begging everyone to buy it.

And since you like to talk law, pretending to be other people and misrepresenting the domain that way is fraud. Read up on it. If someone buys the domain off you based on your fake nicks praise of it, you could be charged with fraud. Read up on the law, you have been nothing more then a fraud on this board.
