What Are Defamation, Libel and Slander?

It was all fun and games until Fris decided to cross the clear and obvious line into defamation. Claiming that I am trying to defraud people by lying about the earnings and statistics for *************** is a text book definition of "Libel per se." Ask any attorney. Any one at all.

Not to mention the fact that I have asked him to correct his actions and provided an abundant amount of time in which to remove offending posts.

No, this isn't frivolous. This will be a text book slam dunk libel suit against all who choose to libel me. I am sorry to say, but it is something I am forced to do because a request for offenders to stop and remove defaming posts has been ignored. Remember, you asked for it.

The good part is that everybody on GFY can witness the process and what can happen when you decide to cross the line from creative, vulger insults and flaming into blatent defamation. Part of awarding larger awards to plaintiffs is to deter others from defaming. Even smaller awards are generally in the 5 figure range.

All who participated in defaming me by accusing me of presenting false information (traffic stats and earnings) will be included in the law suit. You will have a chance to defend yourselves. You will have a chance to provide your documentation and your witnesses.

If you don't work on it, get it in the search engines, and have a decent PR for it already, it's not going to sell for any amount unless you lower the price by $50-$90,000 or more. Even that is a estimate in the domain's favor and not in reality.

Personally, I want to stop seeing your posts about your domain, year after year, and new username after username. It's not going to sell your domain name acting like you are or actually are insane. Insane doesn't usually sell anything except that you are a person not to do business with.

Grow up and sell the thing! You bring everything upon yourself, and you're getting what you are giving. Your lawsuits will not make it to court, but I'm sure everyone would love to see you spend alot of money and time on attempting it.

First of all, I tried to avoid a lawsuit by requesting that the offending posts be removed by the posters. All of my requests and warnings were ignored and libel statments were posted again and none of the offending posts have been removed.

No, this will not be considered frivolous. Again, I suggest anyone who has any doubt in what I am saying, just ask any attorney. You don't even need to ask a defamation expert for this particular case. This is text book and a slam dunk win for me.

I tried to fix this situation and was ignored. The defamation continued and now it is time to lower the boom.
