just thought id add a new area of investigation for you guys.

And for the record, I bought a TGP from warren, and his comm skills sucked, but the site got made. I then purchased a 2nd one, which i got for half price. He delivered it all but never cropped th thumbs, so after a few emails I got an $80 refund of the $150 cost.

It seems this guy DOES do honest business, so Im totally baffled as to why he's also ripping people off. Like I said, he runs a small aff program and a network of paysites too. I even trusted him enough to give him an ftp account on one of my servers for him to borrow...

I can testify that Ive had periods of 2weeks + where Ive had no net/email access at all. Maybe something similiar has happend?

..although admittedly when things like that happen, I usually call any people im currently in business with, or text people, on my mobile phone to tell them...

He is online, ICQ and posting up more scams this entire time on other forums. He is there and reading these posts.

So check this out, my plan worked and I am glad it did, paid with my buddies mainstream account (Paypal) so if there is a scam he scammed a mainstream company, also the account has had a few hundred trades and is verified in addition to being a Premier Business Account.

I filed a claim and escalated it and the seller (Warren and his buddy, girlfriend or whatever the hell) April Whitehurst (also a resident of Dalton, GA) failed to respond to Paypal. After an investigation they granted the claim....

BUT check this out from Paypal directly...

"We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information."

READ IT - They are taking action.

:2 cents: I am sure you guys already know this, but don't hold your breath if you emailed epassporte..... they are slowest I have ever seen for replying, but if you actually phone their toll free number (1.877.372.7790) they are pretty efficient..... if you are patient and wait long enough to be answered "due to unusually high call volume" (caused by not answering emails I imagined :D )

No contact from the scammer, no nothing for my money - pure rip off. It's unfortunate there were no warnings from friendly webmasters like there are here in that previous thread so an unsuspecting victim like myself stay away. Also, deluxe pass must have his personal details, as they were the backend to his affiliate program. Try contacting them too.
