YES this is blackhat... Obviously if you're pulling from a source such as youtube you will be hit with a duplicate content penalty because there will be HUNDREDS of sites with the same exact content. Get enough scraped content like this together and YES that domain will be sand boxed for a LONG time...

its nto blackhat...coz if it was site would have been banned and pages being indexed should have decreased...i just checked now that 23000+ pages are indexed...:)
