I purchased this script a couple of days ago but am having troubles understanding the installation guide. The directories mentioned in step 3 aren't all there.. Some are there and some aren't. It's kinda confusing. Is the installation guide not up-to-date or something?

Its pretty much out of the box except for a few changes to the header to make it blend in with the rest of my site.

I however am not using other tubes to feed it, I am using the import function to load sponsor clips with affiliate links attached.

Can you tell me more about the SEO skills? Why you need the skills for AM, what to do exactly, etc. I am using AM but I didn't do anything SEO-wise, so just curious :)

I apologize, I may have worded that wrong. I didn't mean to say you need SEO in order for the script to function.
What I meant was alone by itself the script is by far the best I have seen for the price and it serves it's purpose, to watch porn. Most of us have one thing in mind, and that is $$$, but there are a few (very small percentage) that just want a nice tube site.

My comment was mostly intended for the new adult webmasters wondering if they can make money from this script, and that answer is yes. :thumbsup
