We used in many cases a DMCA and i can tell you it works perfectly, problem is with you I can't, you just sell stolen content as tangible goods. I can't scan your HD or those you send to your thief client for my copyrighted photo's.

Sure we could DMCA them all (if they all listen is a other case) , in our case not really necessary. Beside that to much time and money. We did in cases we thought it was appropriate and we had our benefit out of it. What you forget to take in consideration again and again is that I talk about the fact that you are not showing just content on a site. You made it a tangible good, in that case DMCA is not the case.
