Plugrush is awesome, when looking for Visitor-Trades. With the right Thumbs, you can easily get some extra Visitors.

Awesome method! I used a similar (although more tame) method when I started promoting dating.

Everyone that plans on using this method, don't forget to expand where you're advertising your sites! Find relevant forums and even social media.

Edit: Just remembered another thing; If you can't afford a site, use blog sites like Tumblr. Most of them allow adult content (As long as you tag it as adult).
SEO will be harder but there are plenty of other traffic sources.
