Bingo. Time's will change, the balance of power will shift, and perhaps it will be 'normal' to call the US a terrorist state (as we all know, some groups already do, but the difference is in legitimate power - ie, relatively few governments would publicly be calling the US a terrorist state right now).

It's all about what's normal. The 'West' has held the balance of power, has been 'normal' as defined by the opinions of the majority. It's all about perspective!

The whole war on a noun issue I find fascinating as well.... how exactly do you start a conventional war on one side with the other side lacking land boundaries, without state players in most cases, and expect to have a winner?
