The only time I wash my hands after taking a pee is if I'm in a public bathroom and other men are in there.
Piss is 100% sterile, so it doesn't even matter if it splatters onto your hands.
You touched your dick... so what? It's just skin like the rest of your body. You touch your dick once and have to wash your hands, yet that same dick is clean enough to be slammed down the throat of the guy in the end stall tapping his foot. Doesn't make any sense.
