Not possible to eat a wart. HPV does not just fall off.
Also, if she already had HPV then she would have given him the virus already and the odds of him getting the warts on his mouth just from eating her out is slim and he would not have got them so fast. Everything about this story is flawed.
Please kill whoever told you this story.
