If the guy emptys his pockets and does have some cash, aren't you breaking the law by taking it? (you have already violated his civil rights by having him empty his pockets, btw) If you cant really do anything that would involve police, how do you handle that?
Seems like as long as they make the cover, and buy a drink the rest is as expensive as they want to make it.
