epoch stats programs have an option to pay on its own (not via epoch), so they just get payment from epoch and then decide how to pay their webmasters. i'm saying that webmasters should know which epoch stats programs are paying via epoch (so there's a merged check for all epoch paying programs promoted by webmaster) AND WHICH ARE PAYING ON ITS OWN.

Um, wouldn't affiliates be getting a check from a sponsor -- or wire, etc -- for their sales so they would know they were being paid directly by the sponsor?

Interesting, I've been in this business longer than you have, was in management at CCBill for a couple of years and still don't know about this.
I would say that CCBill and Epoch have different business models in many ways and each attracts a different sort of client, and they always have done so. Some like Epoch, some like CCBill. Some don't like CCBill, some don't like Epoch.
More billing options has always been a good thing in this industry; anyone who has been in it more than a couple of months, they'd know about this.
If that is lying, you are a fool.
