Epassporte + Their HORRIBLE sales/CS service [for BUSINESS clients!!!] + 9% charge?!?

I emailed Epassporte 2 weeks ago, inquiring to open a business account, 10 days later I get a reply. I write back, and now I have to wait an other 10 days to get a simple answer. Where the FUCK is the customer service??
Business Epassporte charges 9% (apparently) if a personal account goes to send funds to a business account. 9%!!!!
This is ludicrously high fee compared to competing merchant accounts in the first place, BUT OK.... AT LEAST they could provide some proper customer service, hell I am making a SALES inquiry and it takes WEEKs to get an answer, even though it should take a day or two!!!
Lets not get started on their horrible Me-Speaky-No-Englishy support!!!
