Business Epassporte charges 9% (apparently) if a personal account goes to send funds to a business account. 9%!!!!

This is ludicrously high fee compared to competing merchant accounts in the first place, BUT OK.... AT LEAST they could provide some proper customer service, hell I am making a SALES inquiry and it takes WEEKs to get an answer, even though it should take a day or two!!!

Lets not get started on their horrible Me-Speaky-No-Englishy support!!!

I think you are missing the REAL point of having an epassporte business account.

It is not to receive money in, but to easily and cheaply pay money out (at $2 a payment)

Unless I am mistaken, there is presently no other system around that lets you pay out to webmasters all over the world in seconds, at a cost of just $2 payment. You can make payments from a personal account also, but with personal accounts certain high risk countries including Philippines and parts of Eastern Europe (see epassporte.com for the full list) are off limits and you cannot pay to them.

It is true general epassporte customer service could be better, but for that alone, epassporte is WORTH all the headache to get a business account.

It actually took me about 6 months !! but as I say was worth it in the end.
