Rule of Thumb: If someone is marketing their "Design" services on GFY, they can't get any real work, and NEED your money to pay for their hut, or broken trailer, or they are going to outsource the work, in which case you are paying too much for the cheap work you get back. So if Cheap is what you need, you have come to the right place.
