I dont do any cardio, no need...im around 7-8% bodyfat from doing extremely high intensity training and having my diet pinned down 100%. Nutrition is key, anyone can lift things up and put them down, if you dont properly time your nutrient intake you wont grow. I eat around 7-8 meals a day roughly 6-800 calories each, sometimes more sometimes more sometimes less.
