Scary.
I notified icm many months ago not to allow registrations using my Trademarked name (i.e., Dave Cummings); if they do, I will initiate legal actions against icm and involved others.
Yes, I have printed out the emails back and forth with icm about my TM, so they can't say in Court that they were not aware of the TM, or my "notice" to them.
