Now, I don't eat a lot of red meat so something like l-carnitine would be a GREAT supplement for me. Everything has a purpose and just because you don't want to believe that, doesn't make the rest of society wrong.
What? No article that shows you need extra vitamins? I wonder why.

Listen this not something i want to believe. This is a fact and any dr will confirm this. Extra viramins does nothing for you. I have no reason to make this up.
You seem very upset though? Let me guess, you spend shitloads on vitamins?
