Since there is a whole year on the domain, like Baddog said, why move it.
I took Baddog's advice. I added the domain to my AmeriNoc admin panel & simply changed the nameservers to AmeriNoc.
Much appreciated
Thanks again

Why move it ???? You are kidding, right ....
From that letter , it seems that the domain does NOT belong to you, but to that person . She does not want to give you access to her account to manage it, as she has other domains there .
Act now before you fell pain in your backside :
- open an account with a registrar ( Godaddy, NameCheap, Sibername or whoever )
- start the request too transfer the domain, and pay the fee
- The other person will receive the request and if accepted by her, the domain will be moved to YOUR account ...
.. if not, come back in a year to update us on how your domain is not working
