Fully auto is illegal for most people, but if you really want one, you can get a license in some states. Everyone is afraid of idiots with guns. But unless you have a great way of getting them just from the idiots (I guess we will just use your definition), what is the solution? Make them illegal? Do you believe we can get rid of all the guns in the world?
