ratios have nothing to do with dollar volume or ticket price
they are calculated based on transaction count of sales
there are thresholds that you are not allowed to go over or you get fined and/or your mid gets shut down - this depends if the mid is offshore or domestic
you need to keep your ratios in check and stay below the thresholds and you will be fine.
what ratio you need to stay under depends on the iso/bank, the portfolio you are under and the relationship with the processor
