They might be faster if you buy a Mac Pro and spend $10k on it. And you're right, I was going to say they're good for artists and musicians, too, but I didn't..
About viruses, just don't watch porn on your PC and you're good.
I can hack a Mac, though. I did stupid shit when I worked there like remotely hacking into a worker's Mac, turning the volume all the way up, then make Apple Talk say something ridiculous and freak them out...
