So they found a loophole in the law and are exploiting it. By same token I could write a line of text next to my gallery and claim it as fair use. But that still would be profiting from someone else's work. How is it any different from tubes who are also using stolen content and are hiding behind legal loopholes?



Can you answer yes to all these question regarding a photo in your sig?



Anyway, the legality of content or fair use is not the point of the thread. The point is that MrSkin will gladly take all your traffic, not matter how clean or dirty it is. But they will fuck you over when they are not profiting from it anymore (i.e., when you stop sending them traffic and just collecting rebills money). It's a question of affiliate program's integrity. MrSkin has none - they will throw you under the bus at a drop of a hat.
