If I was Google, I wouldn't value posts coming from IFTTT with as much weight as an organic post... If you think about it, Google can see that its an automated post that was triggered and if I was in charge of Google's webspam team, I'd be lowering the value of posts coming from IFTTT. I wouldn't devalue entirely, but an organic post vs an IFTTT post probably wouldn't carry the same weight...
