Blogger definitely put the brakes on adult a while back, we had to restrict the nudity and while we don't worry daily that the blogs can get pulled, we know it can happen at anytime, so we have definitely put less focus on blogger.

They don't have time to check which sites are playing by the rules and which aren't. All their algo sees is how much time people spend on the site and how many return, the links generated there etc...
