Too bad it's focused on the big boys like YT and not sure how it is going to be enforced. If they made webhosting companies responsible for compliance of their clients it would be a big win as almost all of these thieving tubes host in EU, so they enjoy European servers to commit crime while being hidden in their Russian shithole.
