a Stella should have around 3 centimeters of foam collar on it, it should be drank from the proper water cooled glas and come from a barrel or a bottle, cans are no good in comparison.
serving beer is an art, beer with a bad foam collar, is a badly served beer and you should ask for a new one.
The foam is there for a reason, it's there to keep the aroma's and most importantly to keep the carbon dioxide in the beer, also a Stella should be consumed in 7 minutes, which ain't a problem for the firs 10, but then
