Also, for your meta keywords I would reccomend a space after your comas...not sure how much that will help but it definitely won't hurt.

Ask to trade links with some webmasters that run similar sites. Link popularity only helps when it's with similar sites w/ similar keywords & content.
Ok, the only thing correct about this suggestion was the last recommendation, regarding link popularity. He is also correct about using your keywords in your title tag, and the keywords should also be in your content tag.

As far as Adult Sex Toys being good keywords or not, it would be a little stupid to use keywords like Aardvarks Odd Ark when you are looking for people seeking Adult Sex Toys. Of course you have to include words and phrases that you anticipate a surfer inputting to a SE search box, that is what makes them keywords. For the record, META tags are not cheating, but if you use the same words too many times, or make the keyword tag too long, it will nullify the tag and the spider will by-pass it as spam.

As far as adding spaces after the commas in you tags, wrong. Commas are used to separate phrases, spaces separate words. For example: "adult, sex, toys, adult sex toys, dildo, marital aids, aids" would be the proper method. You are using the words adult, sex, and toys, and you also have the phrase "adult sex toys."

One more thing, each META tag should be on one line.
