A lot of search engines don't read meta keywords so maybe you could try putting them in image tags

I didn't look too closely over your page but a few obvious things: add alt tags to your images, use the H tag where possible, and try to add more keywords at the top of the page, preferably not in a table.

well, the problem is two-fold. First off, not all SE use keywords (META tags) for ranking sites, so now use link popularity, in other words, how many other sites have links back to you. Google is one of these types of SE.
For the SE that do use META tags, you can have up to 1000 bytes for your keyword tag, and you only have about 530, so you are only utilizing 53% of what you are allowed, so you may want to add some more, but be careful not to use the same words or phrases more than 7 times. |

It's header text. h1 - largest, h6 smallest. Same effect obviously as using font size= but SE's like it more.

he he thanks Dan I should have guessed that but I'm running a new brain in
![]() I didn't know they preferred larger text sizes for the headings but that makes good sense so the engine knows for sure that its a main page topic its looking at. |

instead of meta keywords, text within document is far better.. ways of doing this without being caught as a cheat id like to here..
Ive just tried to move my keywords down into a table with absolute positioning about 3' off to the left of the page.. anyone reckon search engine will have a problem with DIV align's? ------------------ After Affiliates with Good Free Content? |

Hell after all the crap given out last time you spammed this site I thought at least you would have taken design advice. Looks to me like all SE's have to look at is a .pl file and a whole bunch of irrelevance.

First, I would try for keywords that aren't as populer as "Adult Sex Toys" or whatever. It will be hard to get a good ranking w/ those words/terms. And whatever your keywords ya use I would also include them in your title tag.
Also, for your meta keywords I would reccomend a space after your comas...not sure how much that will help but it definitely won't hurt. Ask to trade links with some webmasters that run similar sites. Link popularity only helps when it's with similar sites w/ similar keywords & content. |

Yes it's true...some SEs like the big H1 tag at the top (if it's one of your key words or phrases)...it will definitely help w/ your ranking for your keyword(s).
I've heard that a lot...I'm surprised you've never seen that before... |

As far as Adult Sex Toys being good keywords or not, it would be a little stupid to use keywords like Aardvarks Odd Ark when you are looking for people seeking Adult Sex Toys. Of course you have to include words and phrases that you anticipate a surfer inputting to a SE search box, that is what makes them keywords. For the record, META tags are not cheating, but if you use the same words too many times, or make the keyword tag too long, it will nullify the tag and the spider will by-pass it as spam. As far as adding spaces after the commas in you tags, wrong. Commas are used to separate phrases, spaces separate words. For example: "adult, sex, toys, adult sex toys, dildo, marital aids, aids" would be the proper method. You are using the words adult, sex, and toys, and you also have the phrase "adult sex toys." One more thing, each META tag should be on one line. |

cuz I'm sure that is a heavily searched term for sex toys & the like making it very tough to get a good ranking & keep it. As far as the comma/space thing...like I mentioned above, I wasn't sure if that would help or not, but surely wouldn't hurt. And despite the sarcasm, I'll see what I can find for you regarding the H1 when I have a minute to look for it. I'm in no hurry to prove myself. If ya don't wanna believe me...suit yourself. |

Dopy, and what would that be in your opinion? For the record, I have visited the site before making my first post on the subject.
eRock, sarcasm? do not believe you? Neither. Just never heard of it before, and as stated above, am always eager to learn something new. |

1. Do spiders notice keywords in a url if the url has no dashes between words. Like www.fuckslutcum.com as opposed to www.fuck-slut-cum.com. Will the spider look at them any differently?
2. Another think. Being that most all adult site index.htm pages are little more than warning pages with no real text in the body ... How aside from H,alt, keyword, description and title tags can you go about making your pages relevance known to the spider? 3.Also, since you must have all of your long legal warning jargain that is unrelated to the actual theme that you hope to represent to the search engine and spiders, doesnt all that text knock down your keyword wieght and make your page seem ambiguous? I have my legal notice in a scrolling text field in the middle of my page. Is there a tag that i can include somewhere so that the spider ignores that particular text field or any particular piece of text?

You can use css to alter the size of output for your H tags.
A standard H1 looks like some kid with a 500 pound crayon did the page. Try something like this in a cascading style sheet: H1 {font-family: vedana, arial, helvetica; font-size: 12px; color: #FFFFFF; } |
