Ok i am going to take a guess here and assume you are the Richard who has been popping me on icq. I cannot believe what you just said as you are WAY out of line.
First you pop me and when i reply you are not there. Later i get another pop asking me what a ONE TOUCH COCKI IS (?????) What the hell is that? So i ask you SEVERAL times what you were asking me as i have no clue what 'one touch cockie is' LOL- not once did i get any question regarding epass payments.
I was even asking you what your account name was so that i could add you and i get no reply from you.
