What are the best paid menthods you guys have found for delivering quality traffic?

Im not pluggin this site. Im only bringin it up because it gives me a lot of traffic when i get it. $45 for a text link gets around 18000 hits. Not bad. Ive used it maybe 5 times. leenks.com
