If you think humans looked up in the sky and didn't think about going into
space before Einstein was born then you have very little faith in human curiosity.

Cave drawings have been found that have aliens and UFOs.

The did not know it was space, they lacked that piece of knowledge. They though it was a sort of covering.

No cave drawing without the charcoal, paint etc.....knowledge of materials

Yeah, a covering with a big hot ass hole in the middle that burned them at the beach,
