What BluRay software?

I installed a BluRay drive. Unfortunately was not paying attention and lost the installation CD that came with it, however I believe it was just Power DVD. So I download the trial to Power DVD, try running it with a disc in and it will not run. Keeps telling me that my computer isn't good enough to run BluRay and recommends a tool that helps you figure out what you need to upgrade on your computer. I run the tool, my computer is completely fine. Try to run Power DVD again, no luck.

So then I figure maybe I'll try running a regular DVD through my usual DVD software. I put in a DVD, I open up the software and I seem to be getting audio but no video.

Anyone have a clue what's going on? The hardware seems to be okay, I can detect it in the device manager and when inside "My Computer" it was detecting the DVD fine and was listing the title (however it did not do this with BluRay.)
