Zombaio news - january 3rd 2011

Dear Customer,

As 2011 stays in front of the door, I would like to take a moment to thank each of you for your patience, understanding, and support during Decembers payout delays and service disruption.

We know how important payments on time are and we take any disruption to our service very seriously. We are pleased to confirm that the service is back to normal and all late payments are confirmed on-route.

As a valued customer of Zombaio, we would like to offer you a sincere apology and will credit the payment fee of $10 or ?6 per late payment to your account during January.

Thank you for allowing us at Zombaio to be a part of your business. We hope your holidays and the New Year was a time of joy, peace, and health for you and your family.

Kind regards,

Tomas Anderson
Vice President
Zombaio

Anytime I've had CCBill questions they've been answered my Paul or Mark. Don't they have similar titles?

Wow. Absolutely no reason for it to take that long unless they have a big problem on their hands.

Yeah and $10 fee covered? not much of an offering. If my money was delayed I'd tell them to wipe my ass with the $10 and make me a real offer. Maybe cut processing fees in half for the month to make up for it. Delayed payment is never acceptable and when it comes from a processor it always spells trouble. I've never had a late wire with Ccbill or Epoch. The day I do my volume with them will drop to less than 5% of all my biz.

First time I had a late payment with Zombaio. I had a payment due on 12/31, which I didn't expect on 12/31 or 1/01 anyways. Barely even a problem, payment is on-route. A couple days isn't shit.

More of a concern for those that have been waiting payments that are delayed by 10-12 days though.

Okay, well yes that is concerning. The last wire I received was on 12-20, which was on-time. Whatever issues they had must have happened right after I received my last payment.

My payment which was due on 12-31 says, "(Late Confirmed)". Which I assume means it's en-route. I will update when the wire comes in, usually when a wire is sent it appears in my account in the early morning hours the following day.

That's what we were told to do with epassporte as well.. and look where that got us.

"Oh, Chirs Mallick is as straight up as they come"
"That Mallick guy ain't gonna take your money"
"Epassporte ain't goin' nowhere"

And now all these similarities are popping up with zombaio...

Yeah change in plans. If the money is not on my bank account tomorrow, I dedicate the day for travelling to Malmoe (Sweden) and report Jesper Thörnblad to the Swedish authorities.

This circus has to stop.

Bigtymer, I don't know about you, but I'm going to Sweden tomorrow.

It is not the first time that these guys have been reported to the police. They are well-known for fraud. Already in 2008 they had a business of sending 100.000's of bogus invoices to companies.
