On Monday, online reports popped up claiming actor Keanu Reeves spoke of the possibility of several new "Matrix" films that franchise directors, Lana and Andy Wichowski, were developing in 3D. However, Reeves' publicist tells OnTheRedCarpet.com that the report is completely false.

One report, featured on Aintitcoolnews.com, claims the actor spoke to an audience at "London school of performing Arts university" and added that Reeves "says he met the Wachowski's (no emphasis on the word brothers), for lunch over Christmas and stated that they had completed work on a two picture script treatment that would see him return to the world of the matrix as Neo."

Reeves' publicist says that although that actor is in London, he was never honored by the school quoted or the London International School of Performing Arts and he did not attend an event.

Reeves will soon star in the upcoming 3D film "47 Ronin" with "Inception" actor Ken Watanabe due out Nov. 21, 2012 and was previously filming "Generation Um..." in September 2010.

I loved all 3 movies, scenes were generally better inside the 'matrix' rather than the real world. It was just complex on a 'nerd' level and I think many couldn't get it.

Matrix 1 is one of the best movies ever, 2 is still very good, 3 is only average.. I think another movies would be probably even worse, so let it go. There are so many amazing sci-fi books and I'm sure Wachowski could make them great, like Neuromancer and such stuff, so making 5 Matrix movies..would be stupid even I would love to see it in 3d, it is perfect movie for it.
