50 is an idiot. No offense to the original poster, but there is a reason noone wanted to buy this house originally.

It lacks taste, it lacks design, it lacks modesty, it lacks class.

No deal is better than a bad deal. This deal in particular was retarded because noone in their right mind (aside from another new "cash money millionaire") will buy it.

Just because something seems expensive doesn't mean its worth while to buy. Investment or not.
