Where to relax in Cali to escape cold
So I went to Scottsdale, AZ recently to get some warm weather and I had a blast. Now I'm looking to hit Cali for a few days for some fun in the sun. Any recommendations? I'm thinking L.A. (Malibu or Redondo Beach area) or San Diego. Needs to be warm and with a beach. I won't be golfing or hitting Mexico if I end up in San Diego.
So GFYers, give me your recommendations. Would love to hear about hotels (prefer Marriott), sites to see, etc. |

if you prefer marriotts and the like, definitely book through hotwire.com
go for the 4.5 and 5.0 stars if they're available you may even get a resort  |
