yea, that's true, but what would you expect him to say? "I broke the law by gambling with money that wasn't mine and lost it all"? How would you handle an angry mob after you lost 100M of their money?

I'm not trying to sound like I'm defending the guy, but if the movie is successful, there is at least some chance that he may have some conscience and could send some of the profits back to the epass holders...

I guess there's always a chance but it's not looking very good. The guy was out partying in Cabo while the company was falling apart and people were killing themselves over the situation. Then when people confronted him on Facebook he wrote them off as a bunch of crazies and didn't acknowledge that he owed them a dime. I guess he might have a change of heart but I wouldn't hold my breath.
