We Purchased The ThunderBall system from Mr.Bond (as you knew him) several months ago. We looked at LinkSpun too but didn't like it's construction.

ThunderBall also had like 70,000 Domains where as we estimated LinkSpun around 20,000

ThunderBall is like... 5 years old so .... Yes... We Started from scratch with this.

Thanks,

About 100 per week Because it is joined with the ThunderBall database ( which we acquired). So ther are about 100 active users already. We will be personally assisting the paid members of thunderball with integration to Everess (on request).

The reason we acquired Thunderball was to give Everess a - Jump Start.

But something we noticed is that the paid members at thunderball is that they seem to want to stay together... So we are not sure how they will react. They may not come over at all. But, their domains are in Everess and you can trade links with them.

its not a button yet.. but you can close your account there. All your trades will go to Alert until all links are gone... so even if you do that it could be weeks until all links are down and the account is totally closed.

I'm sure you can understand that we can't let people just cut and run. That was 1 of the major things ThunderBall cleaned up in the industry.

yeah i can dig that. the plan isn't to necessarily 'cut & run' as you put it. i copied all of my all of my trades from TB into an in-house system when TB started falling off the map. so they would still be active.

still unclear though. do i log in with my old TB info, or would i need to put in a request for transfer?

We did not want to force people to trade in the new system. Everess is a completely new system and database from the ground up... (not thunder ball hacked up and redeployed).

As of now it's only been 1 day since EVERESS was publicly announced and word is just around. Many people are paid members at Thunderball and we did not want them to login 1 day and suddenly be forced to EVERESS.

So, on a request basis we will import all trades from Thunderball to EVERESS.

We can even import trades from other sources LinkSpun or any other system.

Who are you? What have you done in adult prior to this? If you bought the thunder-ball system from Mr Bond and are not Mr Bond then how would any webmasters know of your past work? Before investing all of the time and energy that goes into using your system, please clarify how we can be sure this system won't become a defunct piece of garbage with zero support from the owner the way TBall ended up....

Jdoughs owns linkspun and has a long reputation with a lot of webmasters for running quality sites. I am not trying to be rude, and I am interested in what your site claims to be doing, but I'd like some clarification about who now owns it before putting any time into it.

that good info to know. the way you made it sound in your reply to me, re: trades being marked as 'alert' status, sounded like the trades were carried over as well. but since they're not, if i wanted to remove domains, there shouldn't be any of those alerts, right?

I am agreeing with Relentless about the more info on you and that Jdoughs is a good guy and has a good script. LinkSpun is much better than ThunderBall. I am puzzled that you didn't like LinkSpun.com's construction...I, and most folks that I know, think that it is the most innovative yet.

Btw, is your script still in Beta? I logged in using my Thunderball login info, but all of your "Videos for Getting Started" images are broken...they do show up when I move my cursor over them. None of the videos are working. I saw that you had all of my information, but could not find a list of my domains...however your script did show the number of domains that I own.

Lastly, if you bought thunderball are you going to do anything with it or should we just kill it. I went in recently and noticed that alot of the old sites were dead and the thunderball script did not notify me that the trade was no more. Thunderball seems to be dead in the water.

This is Not a Job Interview.

We don't owe you any answers to satisfy Your Insecurities concerning bad experiences you've had in the past. What would we give you anyway? Drivers License, passport, Client Lists? I've been an independent analyst for years ( the kind without fancy business cards full of buzz words ).

While your questions Seem to be valid and in Concern for the Community... They are only to cast Doubt and Suspicion to suppress what you perceive as a threat to your political connections ( Jdoughs and LinkSpun).

Having said that. Your post is reduced to that of a lobbyist.

Quote:

This is Absolutely irrelevant - Except in YOUR MIND (Relentless) Because you are politically connected to Mr. Jdoughs and LinkSpun. And although I Agree (according to everything I have read here about Jdoughs). That would still be just - YOUR Politically Biased Opinion.

You're an excellent Lobbyist ( your stamp of approval from Website Secure placed high upon LinkSpun ) . By the way... it's 2011 guy "? 2009 WebsiteSecure.org."

You Like to play JUDGE which is why every business in your signature involves Judgment of others. Your post here would surely have been supporting and uplifting if we were seeking and endorsement from one of your businesses.

One day Bond and I had to go through the links and advertisements on thunderball because some had been arranged and some were paid for. Yours was on the homepage and I asked why you had such a spot. Apparently you did not think thunderball was such "a defunct piece of garbage" at the time when you begged for a link on the top navigation. After what Bond told me about you... I didn't give it much thought. I figured he just had a grudge for some other BS reason

But now... here you are: Acting Exactly as he described. My point being, your vision only goes as far as your - Current Political Agenda.

EVERESS... does not Need or want your endorsement. The Popular Vote will win... Just Like in Google.

I don't like to argue. But I've learned if you don't defend your self in forums - People will just stomp you into the ground.

On and On with WHO ARE YOU. I've been posting here for a while helping people when I see an seo thread.

Besides, Why do you have to BE somebody to have a new service?

I knew there would be politics... but not this bad.

It's your browser. We've heavily tested FF and IE8 ( but not 9 ). Everess does not work in Safari and we didn't bother with opera.

There is no such count. There is a URL Count but that would be far greater than your domains unless your domains are all 1 page.

I like how you casually imply that everything's broken when it's been tested by over 50 people on various computers

No not from the EVERESS Side. However, your domains will go to closed and never be fully deleted from the system. If your worried about being in "The System"... Don't.

This may have nothing to do with you but some people are terrified of being in link trade systems. This is an article for another time but in brief. Google does not Trust Anyone. So it does not matter if you are in or out of these databases or Directories.

DMOZ is a perfect example. Google does not give a damn about the opinions of a few editors at DMOZ. You might get some PR but I think everyone reading this knows your not going to get and hold ranks by getting links from the so called "Authority Sites".

Likewise is the Dark side judgment of Google. The idea that Google Needs or Wants the input of 3rd party data is absurd. As an analyst for more than 12 years, I can tell you clearly that Blacklists are pretty 90's in thinking.

To support this claim of mine (which will surely come under attack). Most people will say that Google Knows whats in these link trade systems - even if they don't have access.

Obviously they can not break in and commit a federal crime. So why is that? How do they know what is in or out of linkspun or thunderball? How do they know??? Humm....

It is because Google Tracks Link Clusters. And so even if they cant access linkspun thunderball or everess... they can still track the cluster of links that arise from them which is why we urge people NOT to go and run up 1000 links in a day.

If you take linkspun thunderball and everess completely out of the picture.... you STILL have a link cluster that Google either likes... or dislikes. It won't matter if you are in or out of a database. If you are linking in a cluster in a cluster - Google will judge that.

Sorry if that had nothing to do with your question. It's just after the last 2 posts... this thread has gone a bit intense.

anyways, I will give your system a try and maybe provide some feedback. I and many other professional webmasters already sit on thousands of dollars worth of seo software. Right of the bat I see many overlapping tools and functions. Getting us to switch to an online version of the same functions will probably be hard. However, there might be some areas where local tools and your system can complement (and work together?) each other (aside from the trades themselves) We'll see. I'll give it a shot

As an analyst for more than 12 years, I can tell you clearly that Blacklists are pretty 90's in thinking.

all good, man. sorry if people are jumping on ya lol. but as you know, TB was the best (if not the first) for a long time. so this announcement, or better yet the part about taking over TB, might have hit a few of us outta nowhere. i know it did for me. i remember your post when you were still working on this site and showed some screenshots. but unless i missed it, i dont recall a thread or post where it was mentioned that you were scooping up TB's system. people were asking who, if anyone, would buy TB from Bond and get it going again, but no one stepped forward. so now knowing that someone 'new' shifted everything over with no notice may rub folks the wrong way.

none of that above is my real concern. nor am i afraid of being in the system - if i did i wouldn't have used TB or linkspun. my thing is.... everess looks powerful as hell. almost TOO powerful lol. while i know that a lot of the tools and features in everess are already available on the web (free or paid), thats a lot of information for me to put out there on front street, for any person to view. it's technically all public info, i know. and while i can surely see myself and others using it, the webmasters i trade with are my allies as well as my competition. i don't want it to be that easy for them to connect all of my dots i may be judging the site incorrectly or maybe the info given via everess is not as crucial as i deem it to be, but that's where i'm coming from with my questions.

Ahh yes.. which is why your first question was about exports. Which we will be providing. I don't know if I mentioned it before but we know many people like your self that have need for exports to 3rd party software.

It's The PARANOIA of Losing Users that had the previous systems owners worried that someone would go out and copy their site that kept them from allowing exports.

Hit me up on ICQ if you have any ideas.

Ya, thanks for clearing the air. I don't think bond would have sold it to anyone but me and I think I just caught him at the right time. 1st time he put it up for sale I didn't have that kind of cash.

I've known bond for a while and I remember him getting pissed when people called him "Unethical" for making people pay for the basic things. These servers cost money people. We're on Top of the Line Racks that are like Never Down.

coming from with my questions.

We understand your position which is why We have given Users Full control all the way down to the URL Level. The only thing you can't hide from is your trade partners (but they would see your URLs anyway during trade).

We also scan all level 1 pages of a domain so people can't just upload 1 or 2 pages from a 20 page link farm.

Ya know what,

I'd love to hand it off. But the way things get in forums sometimes - I don't want to put that on anyone.

This looks like it's going well...

Anyway, you may have announced it a bit prematurely since not everything is working and two out of the four times I've visited I've got just a blank page with the logo at the top, which I assume means you're still working on it.

The forum doesn't work either so can't give any feedback in there on what I've seen so far.

Not sure if your being sarcastic or not. There are no articles on EVERESS (explanation below)

I have been posting here on GFY for a while .

I talk about most SEO stuff in the videos. I'm sorry the other instructional videos are down right now because we discovered a codec problem. They should be up in a day or 2.

After that you probably won't see many articles unless users really want them. The reason is: lot has to be shown to you at the same time. Also, We stopped reading about most SEO stuff a long time ago ( along with everyone else that eventually comes to the conclusion that 98% of SEO articles are out of date or written by a consultant trying to bill you ).

As I'm sure you will agree most SEO Articles are Way out of date. And most you find are full of sales trash anyway ( like SEO Hosting ). When our videos start to appear... watch those. We pretty much tell it all because knowing what to do in SEO is one thing. Actually achieving it is quite another - and that's where we make our money.

Hit me up on ICQ. We did heavy testing of the site before announcing it. But, it was all at offices with fiber connections. The site uses a series of AJAX Loaders. We thought we had slowed them down enough... but perhaps not.

Get me on ICQ and I'll get you sorted out. Also... what browser are you using?
