Religion is evil. Though, it may be a necessary evil. I've dug in over here in Buddha land, but we have Muslim extremest in the south blowing shit up all the time. Thankfully that is way far away from me and they are fighting over land. I don't know why people can't just live by... be good to people, be fair to people, be honest, and be generous to others if you are in a position to be. That's probably all we need.

I don't think anyone is saying christianity is better than islam, maybe more "civilized" in todays world, at least viewed by those in western society. regardless why are muslims delayed in 'evolving', i would say that their religion stops them from developing. if their religion wasn't so strict, would they be driving around in range rovers, enjoying cable tv and mcdonalds? i don't know but as for mormons polygomy isn't legal and the mormom church does not support it, only a small sect that went their seperate way nearly 100 years ago. people have been jailed for it.

You know, even in friggin airports and immigration, they don't have to show their face from under the burka? This infuriates me.

I've been to a few airports where security is totally busting my balls, and a group of women pass right through, everything covered by their eyes. I'm like WTF!!!!!!

I don't want to be told what to do, and if someone wants to wear a burka or a cross, so be it BUT don't push it on me, and you do NOT get special privileges because of it. I look at them as accessories.

Having said that, I think having to wear anything for religion is incredible stupid. Almost as stupid as religion itself.
