Anyone have how to make a Vector image from photo Tut?

I have CS5 Photoshop and am trying to make a vector image from a photo or small icon so I can make it bigger without pixelation. Does anyone have an easy tutorial or an easy way to do something like this? I used to have a pdf with how to but I can't find it anywhere

it's a ton of work using the pen tool - the more photo-realistic you want the more work.
if it's a simple graphical logo it's not as much work.

there's http://www.vectormagic.com - does a so-so job but a nice head start if u have good skills with the pen tool. Adobe Illustrator's LiveTrace feature is similar to VectorMagic.

Thanks Mutt I am trying to make icons from side shots of dildos and vibes and such so I dont need them to be exact just the shape really.
