If it's apparant where your traffic is from then we don't "demand" anything else. If you are hiding where your traffic is coming from then, yes we're going to ask further questions as it's probably coming from somewhere untoward or from somewhere we don't want to do business with.
As we've both stated, we're happy not to do business with each other, so no argument there, you can take your tranny traffic to some other program less interested in the overall business and we'll continue to make sales with more legitimate or transparent affiliates.

I believe there was a 2010 agreement, after the 2007 - but even based on the 2007 one:

3. Affiliate shall have no content on the Affiliate?s Site that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, or violates the rights of others such as copyright, trademark, other intellectual property infringement, right to privacy, right to publicity, or other similar rights;

5. Our Affiliates are strictly forbidden to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or unfair transactions or trade practices. No commissions will be paid on violation transactions, and may be withheld if such conduct is suspected.

12. Affiliate may not attempt to cheat, defraud, or mislead the Publisher, in any way

14. Affiliate may not use the Publisher?s Material or images to promote other sites or businesses.

B. Suspected violation of a portion of the Acceptable Conduct Policy may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any past or future commissions or payments, whether earned or unearned. We'd close an account for breaking the rules as blatantly and with such disregard for other people's property rights regardless of the money. The fact is, in this case, you wouldn't have even been aware that you had money in there until WE contact YOU. You left it there for three years.

You can send any legal notifications to my company address which is on any of the websites and that will be forwarded to our lawyers, if deemed necessary.

with all due respect to groobybucks, imho groobybucks made the mistake of going after an embedder, yet sites like xvideos keep stealing their content, so while they are trying to do good they actually do it the wrong way around, if you get the vids killed on xvideos you get a load of tubes sending to 404 pages instead of your full length stuff.

Also what about bing and google linking to those full length movies, do you dmca google and bing on a regular basis?
