its probably going to be almost worthless in the next few months as google is claiming that they will be devaluing social bm, forum, and blog comment links...

scrapebox is awesome if you spend the time learning how to use it correctly, but i think its going to lose a lot of its value with the new google changes..

Do you have a link to the claim you're making about those types of links?

It was posted already on many forums, including GFY - the Google annual scare: do not build autoblogs and profile/comment links coz we'll fuck you up real bad.

I'll believe it when I see it and if it happens, so be it, the next version of Xrumer will probably start posting directly to the Google's database servers

they pulled it out - too many problems; BTW, I bought Profile Link Robot about a week ago and still haven't had the chance to test it properly, but heard nothing but good stuff - can't compare it to xrumer when it comes to speed and funcionality (I ran a small test on a handful of forums) and it creates profiles only (doesn't post)

what marketsmart said. all the noises for 2011 google algo updates and patents being registered point at those types of links being devalued. also the mid jan update has deindexed a tons of sites and just not scraped sites so now is not the time to be an seo idiot.

First, I am NOT a Scrapebox affilate but I do use the program extensively, having ont one but three licenses running, which permit a toal of twelve instances of Scrapebox to run at once.

I get results; links out the ass and a successful overall posting rate of around 40% and the increased traffic is beginning to show as well.

As far as I am concerned, SCrapebox and Xrumer are the best things for traffic and income since the early days of spam.

That is because they are not using it properly or have the wrong expectations about results.

What upsets me the most about this crap is that often people with legitimate sites get caught up in the crossfire as the search engines try to combat it. It adds that much more bullshit to worry about.

If you really think that then you don't know how to use it. Scrapebox can do a lot but one of it's features makes it priceless when you know how to use it.

And no, they aren't going to do shit because if they do, all of the SERPs will be tanked. Use your brain.

i have had this since day one bro..

and no, you dont understand what they are doing with the algo.. its a weighting issue not a penalty..

it might take a year or so, but i think you will see the sites with a lot of forum, blog comment, and bm links will pushed down 5 pages and out..

trust me, i hate to see it happen... like you said, if you know how to use it, its an amazing tool..

only time will tell...

Using your logic, where does google expect to get links from then? Facebook and twitter? Link exchanges? What? It's kind of hard for them. Granted they can make an algorithm that can figure out whether a comment is spam or not, but that still wouldn't defeat the purpose of SB. It'd kill probably 80% of it's main users but still doesn't kill it's best feature.

But time will only tell like you said. Personally, I think they are only "trying" to make improvements for PR. Many of the people they would be hurting are helping them with adwords

It's always interesting to hear someone else's opinion though

i agree with the PR push... they want to appease the se users, but at the same time they like the revenue that blogs and such generate.

my thought is that the only way they could systematically make an algo change that would actually work, would be to go after platform specific sites like wordpress and vbulletin etc.. so, fo example, any url in the comment section would be devalued same with links in profiles.

i have to believe that there is no way google is going to spend the resources to cross link every link to determine which are high value versus low value..

if you think about it though, where is the majority of link juice for spammers coming from?

bm'ing, forums, and blog comments...

again.. devalue the paltform and you do away with as lot of the current exploits...

Hmm maybe talk more on skype? I doubt Google is going to spend the time and resources it'd take to do what you said. You have to realize that BH techniques evolve constantly to stay ahead. Every move google can make, they'll take two steps further. It's sort of like disruptive marketing if you follow what I'm saying.

Ya know, one thing ya'll got goin' here is "Google on the fucking brain!".

We're not worried about Google here.

If, through whatever methods, you are DRIVING TRAFFIC TO YOUR SITE(S).........

WHO GIVES A FUCK ABOUT GOOGLE?

Some of you just don't fucking get it, your brains are so infected with Googleitis!

If you are DRIVING TRAFFIC to you site(s), you could be completely BANNED by Google and it would not matter a whit!

Fuck that goddamned Sergy and his buttbuddy! You want to suck his dick, fine by me!

Fuck a bunch of Google!

You think the old-time Fuller Brush men got rich waiting for newspaper ads to work?

Fuck, no!

They went out and KNOCKED DOORS AND SOLD BRUSHES!

You could have the greatest fucking program or website on the planet but if you don't GET OUT THERE AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT IT...........................................

...........no one will know about it.

There are about 255 FUCKING MILLION websites out there and just what is it Bub that makes you think yours is so special that after paying homage to Google, people will just sort of find you and give you money?

http://royal.pingdom.com/2011/01/12/...10-in-numbers/

You like those odds?

I sure as Hell fucking don't!

Yeah, you can get good search engine rankings but you can also starve to fucking death waiting for them to happen!

KNOCK SOME FUCKING DOORS AND NEVER LET A "NO!" SET YOU BACK!

Each "No!" means you don't have to waste any more time with that schmuck and you can move on to some who WILL buy your product or service!

FREE YOUR MIND!

And rembember.......................................

.................you are here on GFy because you are the best......................

............start acting like it......................

Well, now, tell us how you really feel about it, mkay?

Thanks for the bandwidth though.

Since you specified single bitches, would it be OK for married bitches to hit your blogs?

Scrapebox does not "spam".

"Spam" is legally defined as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Emails.

Scrapebox doesn't do that.

I ain't doin that, so fuck you!

LOL!

Far as your "loser" epithet goes...................whatcha scared of?

That I might make money and you won't?

I use to have a large list of sites for backlinks but trimmed it down to 5k with high PR's and a sprinkle of webmaster ignorance is where your best advantage is at. In short, mass spamming blog comments or raping VB's is just plain stupid.

A true story is 1.5 years ago I was cornholing a very large well known sports forum. So much so, that when their show aired on TV I'd jump up and hump my TV mumbling, I own you bitch until my wife caught me for the 3rd time. The link juice was remarkable but they soon figured out what was going on and changed their format. What did I learn form this? Your strategy should not be mass (mainstream) but extremely targeted. Don't be greedy, keep your mouth closed, covet your methods, and guard your list.
What you said and I'll add, "Adapt or die!"

By the way, you will notice that I haven't really said shit about what I am doing or how I am doing it?

Note: Scrapebox has many uses. I don't use the automated blog commenting portion of the app. It can be a great way to quickly find targeted pages with decent PR to manually get a link in, while contributing to the actual content/conversation/etc..

i have to believe that there is no way google is going to spend the resources to cross link every link to determine which are high value versus low value..

if you think about it though, where is the majority of link juice for spammers coming from?

bm'ing, forums, and blog comments...

again.. devalue the paltform and you do away with as lot of the current exploits...

I agree totally with your thoughts on this. Webmasters are mostly like sheep, most of them use wordpress and dump out the same basic format by the millions, The internet is getting more generic as we go, not more diverse as we had hoped.
