I am about to kill one of my hosts and need to find a new dedicated server ASAP!!

Requirements: (please read all before spamming your deal that doesn't apply)

24/7 support, if your data center or hardware has a problem, if something happens to my connection etc... I expect someone to fix it NOW not tell me your tech works M-F 9AM-5AM where I have 4,6,8, even 12+ hours of down time. I understand if I fucked up something on the server and made it go down at 4am and had to wait tilll 8 am that if fine my bad. But when your hardware I am paying for each month fails or a switch on your end or whatever goes out and causes me to go down i expect it fixed asap.

I need a good quad core dedicated server, min amount of bandwidth. (I can give you specs or show me which system you have available now)

I need about 250 ips, preferably in 5-6 subnets from different classes.

I can justify the ips if needed.

All I need you to do is set it up the server per my server admin's specs and walk away and just make sure it stays plugged in and connected.

A reasonable price would be nice too. If you can meet the above criteria please contact me and if the price is reasonable you got a client.

I am ready to make a move today, not tomorrow, not maybe, TODAY.

I am tired of dealing with mickey mouse operations. If you are some punk who got a cabinet in a data center and call yourself a host please stay the fuck out of this thread. I am tired of dealing with amateurs.

Amerinoc knows adult scripts, manages the servers 24/7 and has fixed issues at 3am. If your done playing games, go with them.

Probably a bit late to mention this now ... but have you considered adding some redundancy by having more than one dedicated server?

Ideally, physically located in different data centers (of the same webhost or different; that part is less important) for even better redundancy.

And as counter-intuitive as it may seem, multiple dedicated servers can be more cost effective for high bandwidth sites due to scaling (multiple less powerful web servers will often outperform one huge powerful one), and due to how a minimum amount of bandwidth is often bundled / priced in dedicated plans - it's often the incremental bandwidth overage that runs up the bill.

Anyways, good luck and hope you found the right hosting - if still in doubt, test their support ... contact them at around 3 AM tonight (Sunday night of a holiday weekend - many of the wannabe places will have few, if any working) in their time zone and see what happens.

Thanks for the info, I have several dedicated servers with different hosting companies.

So why don't the trolls like webair? Got to say I am very impressed with everything I have seen so far. Nothing can be worst then the crap I am moving away from.

That's odd because the price I was quoted is about 1/2 what I am paying for the same services at other hosts. I actually can't believe how good of a price I got from Webair. If their service is as good as the price I will be their biggest fan here.
