I've had a couple girlfriends that had extreme jealousness issues and let me tell you... the relationship was doomed. I couldn't get past their issues... they couldn't get past their issues... it was fucked up. I started doing anything I could to avoid attending social functions with them that would possibly result in them yelling at me, crying, acting hysterical, for some crazy ridiculous reason... my friends would always be saying to me "dude, what the fuck is up with your girlfriend? When are you going to ditch her?"

I'd leave for weeks at a time to spend time at my parents house... just to have some moments of sanity.

About 2 years ago I met a woman who is not only well grounded, with zero jeleousy issues, she's way more educated than I am... and I no longer feel like I'm dating an idiot. The situation may have reversed itself! LOL
