But there are not such thing as "best place",because i'v seen at some traffic test done by other webmasters sources of traffic which i consider as shit been better of source which i consider as quality.So it's simply trial and error only method which works.

"the best" and "quality" all depends on how you'll use the traffic. Personally I buy traffic on a daily basis from trafficholder.
