No I totally understand. My chargeback % has been between 3-6% and that is damn good for chat traffic.... especially when you're pulling the numbers I am, just saying.

Chargebacks are never an issue with me.

And since 1% is the limit for US merchant accounts and 2% is the limit for EU merchant accounts, anyone who depends heavily on chat traffic will lose their processing.

If you are seeing 3-6% chargebacks, then chances are you only stay with the same program or processor for a few months and then move on.

Things tend to really start stacking up around 6 months in.

When I was working in chat traffic our chargebacks ratio are lower than 1% most of the time is 0.3% I professionally handle those guys who are sending chat traffic lot of work to do when you try to accept it.

What if the chat traffic is made by an actual model and she is not scamming, she is calling the guys on her profile on the X site in order to see her live (and pay for it)?

If the surfer likes the real model then that would be fine I think. When I was working as a chatter I used to promote solo girls sites and I used the pictures of models then should be result no cbs at all.

I love to work on revshare doesn't concern to me at all. I promote webcams before for chat traffic and my account was set to revshare I made a lot of monies I earned. But most chat affiliates does not like revshare because they don't understand how it goes.

A model working directly with her visitors and developing a relationship to secure live privates has nothing to do with what we are referring to in this thread.

blah... first year with webcams, $800k, first 2 months with cams $200k, ask who I told you who would vouch. I greatly care about chargebacks, believe that. I may have been watching my chargeback % closer than the affiliate manager was to be honest. I'm a great affiliate to work with and I don't mean that because of the numbers I can generate. Although, who cares about chargebacks at 6% (worse case) when the affiliate managers are BANKING off of me?!..Whether shit is/was swept under the carpet or not, NO ONE has ever complained about my traffic. Plenty of times they could have brought it up at parties/summits, but never happened.... Oh and just to let you know, my operation is a 2 person - 24 hour operation, with room to grow but I like to lay low (which has increased my longevity in my methods) and collect wires on a weekly basis. No bragging just the truth.

That's where the chargebacks come from, its not the carding, carders are stupid and easy to catch. It's the ongoing scamming that chatters do that makes it ultimately a losing game.

This is true, when I had an office I have caught my agent doing this but, it was probably ended his job and his source of income. Maybe there are some lonely american guy are idiot, if you are smart then you know what is right.

6% chargeback rate with AFF isn't bad at all. That 6% includes creditbacks and refunds. It also doesn't include rebills if the affiliate is sending on a per order.
