I have an account with Certified Hosting which I am super happy with. Can anyone reccomend another program. I hear really good things about Exmasters.

I have a shared plan at amerinoc which has been really good. I also have a dedicated at SecuredServers, which is the best host I've ever been with.

I highly recommend http://www.dedico.com. They provide great hosting along with great support. You can't go wrong with them.
